Brianne Davis

Brianne Davis is a relationship and recovery-informed coach and the author of Becoming My Own F-ing Soulmate and Secret Life of a Hollywood Sex & Love Addict. With over 16 years of personal recovery experience, she brings lived insight and a deep understanding of human behavior and connection to her work. She is not a licensed therapist, and her coaching focuses on relational patterns, accountability, and personal growth rather than clinical treatment. Her work is dedicated to helping individuals break free from unhealthy dynamics, build authentic relationships, and strengthen self-worth.

Brianne’s structured 14-step coaching framework supports clients in addressing toxic relationship patterns, family-of-origin influences, and long-standing emotional cycles. Drawing inspiration from attachment theory, parts-based frameworks, shadow work, and relationship recovery principles, her integrative approach encourages insight, responsibility, and sustainable change.

Her own journey—from Hollywood actor to recovery advocate—gives her a uniquely empathetic and grounded perspective. Brianne is known for creating a direct, compassionate environment where clients can move beyond surface-level shifts toward meaningful personal growth and stronger relational skills.

Brianne’s voice in this space is amplified by her years of experience in the entertainment industry. She starred as Lena in the History Channel’s military drama Six, and her film and television credits include Lucifer, Casual, Rosewood, True Blood, The Mentalist, Jarhead, and Prom Night. Her background as both an actress and director brings a creative and emotionally attuned perspective to her coaching and storytelling.

As an advocate for open conversations around relationships and recovery, Brianne has been featured on The Doctors and Daily Blast and has written for Cosmopolitan, The Daily Beast, HuffPost, and other publications. Her podcast, Secret Life, is a platform for candid discussions about relationship patterns and personal growth, resonating with thousands of listeners. She is also working on her non-fiction book, F-This: My Relationships Are Killing Me.

For the first time, I didn't feel so broken or alone. I just didn't get the tools to have healthy relationships.
