For decades (literally!) I was so stuck and in chaos in all areas of my life: work, marriage, and unhealthy “friendships”. I couldn’t figure out how to get out. I knew from years of therapy I am codependent. I understand why/how, but didn’t know how to change. Working with Randi I learned that I am not alone, and this is not uncommon. and she has taught me so many tools to start living for me. My self esteem is back!
The past year my life has changed so much and I can finally see the sunlight. My friends are noticing the changes in my personality and joy. There’s no coincidence that is how long I’ve been working with Randi. One of the best parts is that I know without a shadow of a doubt she has MY best interest at heart.
Working with her has been one of the most impactful things I’ve done in my life.

Certifications:
We have normalized hook up culture, porn, fantasy, obsession, and toxicity which has created a society who is terrified of real intimacy. However, we aren’t taught how to have healthy relationships with healthy communication and healthy boundaries, if any boundaries at all. We do not live in the reality of the toxic relationship we are living in every single day. What if I told you that you deserved more? What if I told you you are settling for toxic love because you don’t believe you are worth having the relationship you’ve always wanted?
I am addicted to people, places, and things. I am a drug addict but my DOC (drug of choice) is men. Being in my own life experience and healing journey, it quickly turned into a deep passion and life purpose: normalizing sex and love addiction and helping others heal from trauma and past relationships (or current ones).
I have experience in recovery and sober coaching, relationship coaching, sex and love addiction, porn addiction, mental health illness, trauma, inner child work, healing self worth and low self esteem, acceptance of one’s self, healing from toxic relationships, healthy boundary setting, enmeshment, addiction in substance abuse and alcohol, eating disorders, and addiction in money and shopping.
My current position, I help clients live out what their goals are in therapy. I practice a lot of DBT skills and mindfulness, and so a lot of my sessions are based on being mindful, how to regulate emotions, and distress tolerance. My sessions are an average of 3 hours, but it depends on the client. I have experience in working holidays, multiple day weekends with clients, overnights, traveling with clients, and 24 hour work.
My sessions can look different for different clients. Some need help with sobriety and transportation going to meetings, some need help with groceries, meal planning, organizing and decluttering their house, exercise, and gaining structure. Then some clients just need to get out of the house, socializing with another human, and creating a relationship and connection. I am here to let the client know they are not alone in the world that looks so scary. I am a support system for them, walking hand in hand with them through life stressors and changes.
I am from Lubbock, Texas and I have my Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from Texas Tech University.
