Scope of Services & Professional Disclosure

Brianne Davis offers personal development coaching and relationship coaching services. She is not a licensed physician, psychologist, marriage and family therapist, social worker, psychiatrist, or other state-licensed mental health professional. 

Coaching, including accountability coaching, is an educational, structured, and goal-oriented process that focuses on relational patterns, accountability, communication skills, and personal growth. It does not involve clinical diagnosis, psychotherapy, medical treatment, or the treatment of mental health disorders. 

Brianne’s work may draw from widely recognized psychological and relational frameworks for educational and developmental purposes. These frameworks serve as tools for insight and reflection, rather than as licensed therapeutic treatment. 

Clients are encouraged to seek licensed medical or mental health professionals for diagnosis, therapy, or clinical treatment when appropriate. 

By engaging in coaching services, clients acknowledge that coaching is distinct from psychotherapy and is not regulated by the State of California as a licensed healing arts practice.
